Dundalk Dealership offers €3k reward for information on stolen Audi A4

Dundalk car dealer offers €3k reward

Brazen thieves stole an Audi A4 in broad daylight from a dealership in County Louth on Friday.

The audacious theft was captured on CCTV at Gerry Cumiskey's Volkswagen dealership at Dundalk Retail park around 2.20pm on Friday, December 8.

The thieves drove straight out of the dealership with the high-end vehicle.

The registration of the stolen Audi is 14-1-D18177 but the likelihood of that registration remaining on the vehicle is very slim indeed.

An identifying feature of this particular Audi is that it has 'no rear privacy glass'.

The suspects are thought to have been in their 20s and were driving a northern registered red Nissan Primera 2006, which had a rear hubcap missing.

As a result of the theft, Cumiskey's dealership are offering a reward of €3,000 if the car is recovered and returned to them.

If the car thieves are caught the reward will be increased to a €5,000 reward.
